Palmetto Services is seeking a self-disciplined individual that is self-driven, goal oriented, conscientious, optimistic, and a team leader that has ambition and a passion for sales. The desired applicant would be focused on developing new business, exceeding customer service expectations & growing the company customer base while creating value for the customer.

• Starting salary range: TBD
• Schedule is 5-day work week
• Overnight travel at times

What You Will Do:
• Manage the daily activities of the territories that promotes the growth of the company.
• Acquiring new business and managing existing accounts
• Analyze data and trends to strategically develop business within industry segments
• Provide excellent customer service while serving existing client base
• Find creative ways to be a solution to customer’s needs.
What Skills and Experience We are Looking For:
• 5+ Previous experience in outside sales operations
• Growth mindset and a “hunter” type of sales attitude
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and strategies.
• Demonstrated success in business development and territory management.
• Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
What Will Make You Stand Out:
• Previous sales experience in the Oil and gas industry
• Previous sales experience in the Pipeline Construction industry
• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
• Pipeline Construction experience.
